Ice packs
Ice packs on problem areas help to burn fat in that specific area.
Take an ice pack and apply it to your tummy.
(I do it with a shirt on. Never on my skin directly bc it can lead to burns)
Leave it on there until you go numb.
Take it off and massage your tummy.
Place it back on and repeat until the ice pack is no longer cold.
This makes your fat start burning itself to provide heat to the area where the ice pack is. Over time you’ll start to notice,the areas you are icing, become slimmer and more toned.
